Dear Sir,

We are highly delighted to acknowledge the constitution of “The Association of Superintendents of Customs, Goa” under your leadership and we most cordially welcome your Association to join and strengthen the fraternity of the Superintendents of Customs under the umbrella of All India Federation of Superintendents of Customs. I, on behalf of all the members of our Federation, convey our best wishes to “The Association of Superintendents of Customs, Goa”.

The beginning might be humble but we expect and have our conviction that this humble beginning would go a long way to mitigate the problems of the members of our fraternity at Goa and eventually with our sincere and selfless service we shall be able to bring all the Superintendents of Customs at Goa under the banner of this Association and Federation.

Membership of all the 10 Superintendents of Customs, Goa has been accepted and the Annexure-II forms have been signed by the undersigned, who is the authorized signatory of the All India Federation of Superintendents of Customs. Three copies are returned to you for further action at your end.

It is requested that the “Constitution & Rules” of your Association may be adopted at the earliest and a copy of the same may be forwarded to the Federation.

It is being contemplated to hold the Annual Conference of the All India Federation of Superintendents of Customs in Mumbai in the month of October, 2009 after Deepavali. You may kindly convey your availability during the said tentative period for the purpose. As you know that we publish a brochure on the Annual Conference and we include therein the standard write-ups and special achievement/s of the Superintendents of Customs. It is requested that the Superintendents of Customs at Goa may be encouraged to give us their write-ups and details of special achievements for publishing in the said brochure.
