You are requested to grant affiliation to "The Association of Superintendents of Customs ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------" in terms of Rule 7 of the (Name of the Custom House) Constitution of the Federation. I also submit herewith the list of members (alongwith copies of Application), the Constitution / Rules & Regulations, the Annual Report and Statement of Accounts and the name of office bearers and members of the Executive Committee of the Association.

"The Association of Superintendents of Customs ------------- (Name of the Custom House) --------------------------------------------------" hereby, undertakes to abide by the Constitution and rules, decisions and discipline of the Federation and to remit 25% (Twenty-five percent) of the total collection made out of the annual subscription from the members regularly.
